The Copperwood Group has an operational understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and their importance in establishing performance expectations within the organization and with vendor service providers. Furthermore, we highly recommend SLAs be established between IT services and the enterprise stakeholders with performance reporting into the IT governance process.
